Your order is confirmed when you get an order confirmation after you complete the checkout process. You'll receive an on screen confirmation message as well as an email with your order details.

Once your order is placed it goes straight to our printing and distribution team. If you notice your shipping address is wrong right after you place your order, get in touch and we can usually update it before your order is fulfilled.

Right now we ship to Canada and the USA. We hope to expand to other countries soon.

Our printing team takes 4-6+ business days to make your order before it's shipped out. Most orders in Canada and the USA arrive within 2 weeks.

During the Christmas season (November to December) it can take 3-4 weeks to arrive due to higher volumes and longer shipping times that are outside our distribution team's control.
